Bbq area .. wash house and in unit washer dryer..stainless steel and gas appliances.. gym.. lounge ... spacious patios ... can pay rent online and requests maintenance at the touch of a finger and earn gift cards .. only con is the guest resident parking gets pretty tight but I love it here

The staff has been helpful from day one, work orders are done very quickly, and it's a quiet place to live. The rent is pretty high for the size of the apartment and the maintenance guy gets a little upset each time he has to come fix something. Other than those two things, no complaints.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: Yesi’ve lived here for the last year and have been pretty pleased thus far. i knocked off one star because there’s no central heat AC, or ceiling fans in the room to compensate, as well as more parking, but that seems fairly difficult to achieve. aside from that, the transformation of the entire complex since i moved in to now has been beautiful - this entire complex has been remodeled from head to toe, the last stages being landscaping and resurfacing repainting all the parking lots a few months after i moved in. my neighbors are friendly, the complex is clean, and it is fairly quiet apart from the freeway off-ramp noise.

Bbq area .. the washroom is nice so we won’t have to worry about quarters .. I was a resident before Renew took over I love the payment of rent online option I wish it was always fee and that the water and garbage was included in the rent instead of extra but there is no crime and very quiet here I love the security I feel safe

My son even said one time I sent him to take the trash and the maintenance guy told him “ here I’ll take that for you ” He ran home just to tell me about it lol

The park is relatively close to walk to, they have a small gym, play room their own laundry mat. Staff is super friendly. Definitely recommend to everyone
